Cancellations

You have the right to cancel within 14 days, unless you ask us to begin work before that period ends. If you don't attend your appointment, you won't be eligible for a refund. Check Your Deal is an instruction for us to begin work straight away, before the 14-day cancellation period ends. If you wish to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible: we may charge a reasonable amount for any work already undertaken.

We'll send your written report within 7 days of receiving your completed financial questionnaire.

Next, you'll create your Ex File (your private account with us), then pay securely with Stripe.
